| I'm due for an update...here we go
I'm working on a demo cd for a producer in Atlanta GA right now...pretty excited to see how it goes down. I'm meeting up with my dear friend Matt K on Friday to finish up and then mailing it off...
My truck is out of the shop. yay. I have my baby back.
There are a few shows coming up...I'll post dates to let all know of the events soon. I know for sure one is happening on April 26th in Lorena, TX at the Performing Arts Theater. (write me back if you're interested in time and directions.)
I'm currently re-reading the last couple of chapters in the great novel by Rob Bell, Velvet Elvis, and I'm loving every second of it.
Also, I am in the process of stripping apart various chapters in the book of Romans...getting a better understanding of God's control and power and majesty. Electricity is in the air, my friends.
Um...that is all for now...
End.

| Well, well, well...it's been forever and a day since I've posted anything on this xanga of mine. I do have some news today, and I thought that I would share it with you all. So, pull up a chair and pour your favorite bowl of cereal because you are going to enjoy this...not as much as me, but you will enjoy. Last night, Melissa and I drove down to Austin to visit some old friends of ours. This being my second time to see these guys on this tour, I enjoyed every replayed second of it. I took some pictures for everyone to see. Some came out blurry, but here are some of my favorites that were snapped. Enjoy.
This was the end of the show...they signed off with "Here's To You" one of my favs...to my dearest Tiffani: I treid calling you during this song, but I am not sure if you answered or your voicemail picked up or what (simply because I cannot here a thing when the concert's going on), but I did want you to know that I thought of you during this song...and it reminds me of how much I miss you...talk to ya soon.
| On July 1st, Jade, Jake, Brittney, Clarissa, Abbie, Tatjana, Andrew,
AJ, and myself all went to Dallas for Celebrate Freedom 2006.
Once again, we got to see MercyMe play...awesome. Along with
those guys, Jeremy Camp, Chris Tomlin and Mark Schultz were all on the
list whom we were able to see. Oh, and there was an amazing
fireworks display at the end of the show. We all had a good time
and we are planning on returning next year to celebrate once again.

| On Friday night, Aj and I heard the news that MercyMe was in concert in Grand Rapids, MI. Now, usually I would reply with a, "Cool," or a "That's pretty neat." But since we all arrived in Michigan the night before and we are only twenty minutes from Grand Rapids, I'm pretty sure I was a bit more excited than the previously listed responses. So, Aj and I went up to Grand Rapids and bought tickets for the show, not knowing that the lawn tickets were free reign, meaning we could stand/sit anywhere along the stage we wanted to. We ended up somewhere within two to three inches from Nathan (bass) Cochran's shoe. We got some amazing up close shots of the guys, and I will post the pictures when I get back to Texas tomorrow night.
The show was amazing and worship was incredible. Oh, by the way Brent Spead...Toby Mac OPENED UP for MercyMe...sucka. Peace!
